This loft is one of 7 in a mini apartment building. A simple and cozy loft studio that is centrally located, yet hidden away in an alley with everything you need.

Everything you need is just steps away. Enjoy a nice day out, explore some maze-like alleyways, visit the magnificent historical French monuments and find a coffee shop to tuck yourself into but then always come back and feel the comfort of being at home.

This homey loft is equipped to meet all your needs (refer full list below). The queen-sized bed is topped by a firm but very comfortable mattress and your sleep will only be further enhanced by our soft Egyptian cotton linens. You also have your own kitchenette for making your morning pancakes, and of course, an en-suite bathroom that is perfect for a warm shower after a long hard day. Don’t worry about lighting as the windows bring in plenty of natural light to brighten up your stay. The house kitchen is a quick elevator ride/walk down to the ground floor and the rooftop is just a floor above you. Here you can do you laundry or sit down at the table, surround yourself by potted greenery, and have a beer or read a book as you blend into the Saigon skyline.

Unlike many other spaces in Ho Chi Minh City, there is no curfew with us. In addition to having 24/7 access to the house and your studio, you can also use our laundry facilities, rooftop, lounge area, and shared kitchen (on top of your own private kitchenette) at any time of the day! We can even plan a dinner together if you like or have a drink upstairs on the rooftop – it’s a great way to get to know each other and meet other guests. Just make yourself at home =)

We respect the privacy of our guests, but are available if there is anything you need help with or even to just hang out and have a beer or a delicious local snack. Some of our team members even live in the premises. Come hang out with us in the common area or send us a message if you don’t see us around.

Our home is tucked away in an alley, away from all the noise of Saigon’s busy streets. Everything you need is only a few steps away – 24hr convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and even parks. We’re also less than a 5-minute walk away from Ben Thanh Market and all that it entails, and just around 10-minute walk from the backpacker district consisting of Bui Vien and Pham Ngu Lao, as well. Nguyen Hue (Walking Street) and the tourist sites that surround it aren’t far off either – so you can make a great day out of exploring our alleys and sights!

With everything located so conveniently close to you, there’s not much else you’d need in a city like this. We’ll gladly recommend places for you to go if you are overwhelmed with your choices!

Don’t be overwhelmed by the motorcycles on the road – walk around, cross our streets, get some Banh Mi and go to September 23rd Park or have a Ca Phe Sua Da on the sidewalk like a local. You are only a walking distance away from many restaurants and markets, but taxis are readily available too for ~15k VND per km, but Grab (Uber of Southeast Asia) and GoViet (Strategic partner with GoJek) are the cheapest options to get around with no hassle. They also offer the bike options so you can avoid traffic.

Bus station is just inside the September 23rd Park if you want to be adventurous and try our local buses to get to another part of the city. If you need any advice on catching one of these, just ask us and we will help you.

We highly recommend that you take advantage of Onetrip’s donation-based City Tour run by local university students seeking cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It is a great way to orient yourself within the city and see all the beautiful landmarks of Saigon. Not to mention, it is a favorite among our guests!
