Về phòng này
My house is located in the French Quarter of the city. This is a private bedroom with access to the kitchen & an amazing rooftop
+ A interesting neighborhood of boutique coffee shops, restaurants, nightlife lounge and bars which are literally on the same street (1-5 mins walk).
+ Walkable (10 mins) to Old Quarter, Saint Joseph’s Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison… Located in a quiet, peaceful alley, with many 80-year-old French villas of nostalgic Indochine vibe in the middle of Hanoi.
Welcome to our home dear all Airbnb Travellers.
As we all know many homes and buildings in Hanoi reflect a strong French architecture influences, our house is actually located at a quiet alley, with 4 French villas from the early of 20th century, in the middle of busy Hanoi.
Staying here is a chance for you to blend into the locals’ daily routine. Our neighbours sell Pho, which could be your lovely breakfast, in every weekday morning at the front of the alley.
It’s only minutes commute to Old Quarter, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many other sight-seeings.
You can take advantage of our beautiful garden roof on level 5, take a sip of coffee/tea and chilling with friends & families 🙂
Quân, Peach and Tùng will help me host you guys, they will contact you directly on how to access the house, mostly we will do self-check-in, just send us a message and we will arrange with your schedule.
We are here to help our guests to find the best place to eat, hanging out with friends, or the best tour to take while you are here staying at our cozy house. We would love to take you out to a food-tour if we could.
Right at the city centre but you could only hear bird singing and wind whispering even in rush hour. This quietness ensures your goodnight sleep after a long and fun day in Hanoi.
The alley get quiet early but don’t worry if you love to explore nightlife around.
Bars (V8 Beer Garden, +84), club (Fame), coffee shops (Milano, Kafe village, and so many more at Bà Triệu street), restaurants (Le Tonkin, La Verticale, Madame Hiền, Bà Buội chicken rice restaurant) are literally few steps from our alley.
Bà Triệu street, Hạ Hồi area, Thiền Quang lake are nice places to have a walk in the evening with full range of shops.
All of those close quite late, usually 10-11 P.M., during weekdays and 12 A.M. til 2 A.M. for some during weekend.
Light on all night in the alley and the house’s entrance door are also a plus if you come back late.
Oh it’s fun to go around here in Hanoi, let’s see:
1. Taxi, Grab or Go Viet are easily booked (using apps) or you can “wave” like a real local Vietnamese calling for a taxi. We’ll show you how.
2. Rent a bike/motorbike – experience the local traveling style, get on a bike and make sure you look left & right before any turns.
Trying a ride on a “Xich-lo” is a must (Cyclo in French; cycle rickshaw, velo taxi or many other names in English).
3. Once you’re in city centre, it never is a bad idea to walk. The city has just expanded the walking area up to 30 streets in the weekend (From 7 P.M. Friday til midnight Sunday). A great exercise to earn your meal 🙂
4. We do have public bus in the city, and it can be slightly tricky to use because of waiting time and drivers don’t speak English.
5. For Transport between Airport to our home & vice versa:
We are close to a bus station of Quick bus to Nội Bài airport, with just $2 (usd) per person.
Taxi & private cars which have a reasonable flat fees are also a good option. Contact us for a smooth ride!
