2 Bedroom Apartment on the Penthouse Level (25th Floor). 10 minutes from city center and in Chinatown. 2 bathrooms. Spacious open style kitchen. Recently had some minor renovations and new television with +170 channels.

Motorbike parking available in basement. Easy access to rooftop with a stunning 360 degree view of the city.

Large Apartment – 95 m2. Master bedroom is large and with big comfortable bed and large en-suite washroom. Plenty of extra storage space. Front bedroom is smaller but has nice high ceiling and a good view looking to the north part city.

Kitchen is modern but does not have a oven, just a gas stove and comes with a very large fridge. Living room is comfortable and great sofa for relaxing.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building. On this level there is the apartment, my photo studio and two companies, so during evening and weekends it is very peaceful.

Guest have access to entire apartment except for one storage closet in the back.

From the 25th Floor it is very easy to reach the rooftop and has a wonderful 360 degree view of the city.

I love helping guests with their trip! I always welcome questions about the apartment, the city, the country, things to do (and things to avoid), restaurants/entertainment, etc. but if guests prefer, I always let them do their own thing.

The building has plenty of foreigners living but does not feel like a tourist ghetto. There is also a convenience store and restaurant serving both Vietnamese and Western food.

Along the street there are plenty of great small and wonderful small local restaurants and since this is in District 5, awesome Vietnamese and Chinese food are only minutes away.

Best way to travel from airport to my place is by taxi (VinaSun and Mai Linh are the two best taxi companies). Costs is around 220,000 to 250,000 VND (around $10-12 USD). Best to pay with Vietnamese currency. There are ATMs at the airport.

There is a taxi stand right outside the building with taxis available 24/7. From early morning until about 9 PM there is usually a person in a green shirt outside to help you with taxies but English is limited.

Bus number 1 run along Tran Hung Dao (one block up) and for 5,000 vnd (25 cents) you can take the bus to Ben Thanh Market in the Center or the Cho Lon Market in Chinatown.
