The best view you can have in the city – full panoramic frame captures the entire city landmarks ( Bitexco tower , VCB tower , Golden river towers and Land mark 81 … and up coming Empire city tower right in front of your window )

Pls note that NO other buildings or construction blocking your view . This is huge difference with other buildings in the same area – they only have the similar view from their roof top not from their living or bedrooms .

This is the 2bedroom -90sqm apartment.
Each 90 sqm apartment has large living room with great view to offer.
( 90 sqm Apartments are on 15th, 19th, 22nd and 23 rd floors of the 24 storey building).

These apartments are best suited to solo travel , business men , couples, small family , small group

For group of up to five persons(adults + kids), pls be advised the available bed arrangement in the 2bed apt as following:

There are three lobbies to access to building. One at the front for office. The rest two (A & B ) located at left side of the building .

You can ask can driver to wrap one round of the building to drop you at either A or B lobby.

Airport pick up also available upon request, small charge $$ applied.

With my best time arrangement, I will personally meet up with guests at arrival to hand over keys and card , instructions.

During your stay, if any things come up you can contact me through SMS, emails for quick supports.

This is a non touristy area . The residents are local and international experts, expats , government officers and artists, models.

Very safe neighborhood , the building also is protected by security teams day and night. Each lobby has 24/7 friendly guards .

Some distance indications:
– To CBD central – Ham nghi Rd , Nguyen Hue Rd and Bitexco Tower.- only 10 mins walk or $1.5 taxi.
– To Dong Khoi Rd -( old Majestic Hotel ) only 15 mins walk or $1.50 taxi.
– To other 5 star hotels further along river ( Legend , Liberty Central ) – 12 mins walk or $1.50 taxi
– To Opera house & shopping malls, city Town Hall , Park hayatt Hotel – 15 mins walk or $2 taxi
– To Ben thanh market – 15 mins walk or $2 taxi
– To FV hospital or Tam Duc heart hospital – 5km ~ $5 taxi
– To Saigon Expo area – 5km ~ $5 taxi
– To Bach dang ferry terminal – 600m ( to Vung tau beach daily – depart every 30mins )

There are bus routes serving the area. The distance to closest bus stop is 1 min walk from the building. However , public transports are not recommended to explore HCMC if you stay here less than a week.

Taxi is the best option. The Vina Sun taxi or Mailinh are highly recommended. Vina Sun taxi stand is located at front of the apartment and serves 24/7.

Pick a Taxi from the airport , pls always check the meter is on . Taxi fare from airport to the place is about VND 180k ($Us 8) for 8.5 km.

For guests who wish to have a private car with a driver can also arrange with me .
